CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • Member can cancel his membership within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Membership refunds can be considered only if the digital membership is surrendered and the full package including gift certificates are returned unused in full along with a letter requesting cancellation within seven days of enrolment.
  • All such requests should be sent Club membership office.
  • In case of refunds, it will be processed within 15 working days through online mode.
